Welcome to Mebo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mebo's website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Mebo (the "Company") and the users in connection with the use of the Mebo application and related services optimized for memo creation and team collaboration.
1. "Service" refers to all Mebo-related functions provided by the Company, including memo writing, storage, team organization, and memo sharing.
2. "User" refers to any person who accesses the Service, whether as a registered member or a visitor.
3. "Member" refers to a user who has registered for the Service by providing personal information through social login (Google, Apple, X, etc.).
4. "Memo" refers to any content (text, images, links) created and stored by the user within the Service.
5. "Team" refers to a collaborative group formed within the Service where members can share and manage memos together.
1. Registration is completed when a user agrees to these Terms and signs up through the supported social login providers.
2. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
3. The Company may refuse registration or suspend accounts if false information is provided or if the user has previously violated these Terms.
1. The Service allows users to create individual memos and organize them within personal or shared workspaces.
2. Collaborative Features: Users can create Teams and invite other members. Memos shared within a Team are accessible to all authorized members of that Team.
3. The Company continuously improves the Service and may add, modify, or remove features at any time to enhance the user experience.
1. You retain all rights to the Memos you create. By posting content to Mebo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your designated team members.
2. The Company owns all rights to the Service's design, code, logos, and trademarks. You may not copy or use them without prior written consent.
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
1. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the app settings.
2. Upon account deletion, all personal memos will be permanently removed. Shared memos within a Team may remain accessible to other Team members to preserve the collaborative history, but your authorship will be anonymized or removed as required by law.
In order to provide and improve the Service, the Company collects and utilizes User IDs, Device IDs, Advertising IDs, and related app usage information. By using the Service, the user consents to such data collection for app analytics and service enhancement. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. The Company is not liable for any loss of data caused by user negligence or external factors beyond the Company's control.
